Prayer and Intercession
CROSSROADS is a prayer initiative, which purpose is to gather groups of believers together to pray for their nation on a regular basis. The vision began in Ndola Zambia in June 2003. The premise was based on 2 Chronicles 7:14… “If my people who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will heal their land.”
By June 2006 we had five groups established in various churches throughout the city. However, the person who was working with us to promote this endeavor left us and gradually they reduced back down to the initial one. Just when we were about to decide that we had either missed God or His timing, we were told through a dream that we were to begin again. Further, that we were too narrow in our thinking and that nations besides Zambia would be involved.
This has led us to pray fervently for direction and timing. We have had one invitation to establish such a group in Tanzania. Currently we are seeking someone who can run with this vision and help establish groups both within and without the country. We invite you to please pray with us to see this vision fulfilled.
